Guided Bird Walk – Wednesday March 11, 4-5pm
Are you ready for…a taste of spring …a chance to appreciate shorebirds in the midst of your busy life?
Or maybe you just can’t get enough of them? Either way: see you in the Park March 11th!
Naturalists from the Audubon Society of RI will provide binoculars and field guides.
Be forewarned….An hour focused on shorebirds might produce some culture shock when you’re back in the world of cars and buildings.
Last February we recorded 11 species of ducks, loons, gulls, cormorants, swans, starlings, and geese in the Park.
WHEN: Wednesday, March 11, 4-5pm. – Rain date: Friday, March 13, 4-5pm
RSVP: Email us at info@IPPfriends.org if you’re coming, so we can let you know if we postpone to Friday.
WHERE: Start by the India St. parking lot across from the Hilton Garden Inn. Parking also along India St.
